Yes. Your voice transcriptions and all personal data are stored locally on your device and are only accessible to you. We don't have user accounts, we don't operate servers that store your data, and we can't read your entries. When your text is processed by OpenAI's API, it is not used to train their models.

Mind is your digital space. See your week at a glance, browse your deposits by day, and track how your thoughts evolve over time. Every Sunday, Neu weaves your week into a reflection — one insight and one direction for the week ahead.

Replay lets you relive your past moments through your own words. Choose a time window — this week, this month, or all time — and Neu selects the moments that mattered most, connecting them into a story of how you're evolving. At the end, you get a recap with the themes that defined your journey.

Ask Neu lets you ask anything about yourself based on your collected thoughts. "When was I happiest this month?" "What triggers my best ideas?" Neu searches through your deposits and gives you answers grounded in what you've actually said. The more you share, the deeper the answers.

Every Sunday, Neu synthesizes your week's deposits into a reflection. You get an insight about the patterns Neu observed, a direction for the week ahead, and a question to carry with you. The more thoughts you share during the week, the deeper the reflection.

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can erase all data from Settings, or simply delete the app — everything is permanently removed. There is nothing stored on our servers to delete.

Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan, go to your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Neurogram. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
